Hello and Welcome to my first blog in the now trio of blogs that I up keep. All my blogs are an offshoot of my Thoughts of a Jersey Girl. I have thought for awhile of keeping a blog just for one of my favorite hobbies... cooking, and finally have decided to try it out.
Just as an intro, I didn't start cooking and baking on my own till 5 years ago when the person I was dating was buying way to much McDonalds and making my weight go out of control. I began cooking for us and now do it all the time to unwind and flex my creativity. On this blog I'm going to take you along on my culinary journey, show you some of my recipies and give some photos along the way.
And for those of you who gain interest in what I make but do not cook or bake yourself please be aware that if you get on my good graces, I do send out care packages of baked goods.
